Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey.

Another WOW day. Our excursion lasted much of the day. We went to Ephesus, where ancient ruins are being excavated and restored. There were several cities of Ephesus, each built on top of the prior one. We saw the third city, which existed about 300BC to 700AD. Very impressive. We saw St John's tomb and a house thought to belong to Mary, the mother of Jesus.
